On 18th November Brian Smith CPAGB of Hayling Island Camera Club was presented with the SCPF Roll of Honour Certificate by SCPF President John Hodge. The award was made in recognition of Brian’s long history with the club since the 1980s. In that time he has filled almost every position on the committee, helped to develop the club from 27 members to its present size of over 70, and given lots of assistance to other members.
