I’m currently sending out user accounts for all club secretaries in batches. You should receive your details by the end of today (Monday 19th) at some point. In order not to appear as a spammer to the hosting server blocks of 10 at a time are being sent.
If you are a club secretary then your account will be pre-activated; please log in with your club secretary’s email address and the password provided. You can then change your own password from within the main directory via the menu.
Please note that this is a very new system, and it may have the odd teething issue. Although Steve and I have tested it to beyond breaking point, there may still be things that you find that trip us up. Please report them to us with an understanding of this, and we’ll address them as soon as we can.
Points already raised:
- The email you receive is a generic text designed for your own club members
- Activate links no longer apply for club secretaries, just login
- Some special characters have been used in the random generation of passwords – if your email client presents a diamond shape, use copy and paste when entering your password.

UPDATE
All club secretary accounts have now been sent out and activated. Activation links are active for 7 days; please do make sure that you activate your account in good time.
A header section has been added to the directory page with a direct link to the server. The old directory will be removed in shortly, and the main menu link updated.
