Leo is one of the best-known people around the Federation, particularly as a judge and lecturer. In previous years he was a member and Chairman at Salisbury C.C., where he has continued on occasion to provide emergency judging for club competitions. He has been a Federation Council member for many years, served two terms as President and is the Federation’s PAGB Awards Officer. He is also of course a former President of the PAGB.
