Registration is a prerequisite to entry. This takes care of your contact details, which classes you wish to enter, and entry fees.
The official Registration end date was 30th August. However there are still 6 places available as at the start of September, so if any other clubs wish to make a late registration that will be permitted for a short period. Ideally contact the Exhibition Secretary Ray Acland (email@example.com) at the time of completing the on-line Registration to ensure that there is still a place available, as the limit of 35 clubs cannot be exceeded due to available space in the gallery, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come basis.
Entry to the Exhibition will as before be managed online. The uploading will be available shortly after the end of the uploading period for League entries (30th September), and the start date will be publicised on the web-site. Exhibition upload codes will be issued to all of the registered clubs at the start of the uploading period. Uploading will finish at the end of October. Please do not try to use last year’s codes or the League uploading codes.
Prints for the Exhibition will be collected at the Club Reps’ meeting on 16th November. It is essential that all of the prints are collected in by this date, as judging of the Exhibition takes place two days later on November 18th.
The Exhibition will be formally opened by the President of the PAGB Gordon Jenkins Hon PAGB on the Preview Evening Friday 4th January, and will be open to the public from 5th to 26th January.
