The Exhibition uploader is now live, and you are able to upload your images for both Print and PDI entries.
The link can be found under the Exhibition menu at the bottom entitled “Exhibition Upload Portal”. Clicking on this link will take you directly to the login page.
This is the same system that was used for the league. You will notice that the URL is different, and starts with exhibition.southerncountiepf.org.
The direct login for the portal is https://exhibition.southerncountiespf.org.uk/public/login
Entries will be open until the 1st Nov for Prints and PDIs.
The keycode issued to your club for league entries is the same one to be used for Exhibition uploads. If you do not have this information, please get in touch (webmaster@ / president@) in advance of the deadline.
All clubs may upload PDIs as the registration page is still open for those wishing to submit PDIs only. If your club has not paid before the deadline of upload then these images will be discounted. This should provide the maximum time for clubs to partake in the exhibition.
If your club has paid to enter prints then you’ll also find slots to upload print entries beneath the PDIs (just scroll down a little further on the entries page).
Could all clubs please fill in the “Profile” section (found under the menu – which is the SCPF logo on the top right hand side), as we need the information to contact you in case of any issues, and also for further communication. It may be that this is the same as the contact for the league, but not guaranteed, so please do not take it for granted that we’ll assume that information.
